Sitting pretty in the Western Ghats is the Netravali wildlife sanctuary. It is dotted with picturesque waterfalls set against an incredible mountain landscape. Nativefolks welcomes you to slide over natural water slides, sit under waterfalls, and experience life in a small Goan village located right amidst wildlife sanctuary.

These are village community run homestays where you get to stay with one of the native families from Velip tribe.

Freshly cooked food will be provided, with seasonal vegetables and fruits plucked from farms.

  • Go on day hikes to surrounding Waterfalls - Don Nhaicho Vazor, Mainapi, Savri, Sonal and Pokunna
  • Trek to Ravon Dongar (high altitude grassland)
  • Take a long walk to the sunset point
  • Go for a village tour through farms, temples and forests.
  • Be the audience to cultural local dance performance and even learn a step or two (Price additional)
  • Relish the flavors of authentic Goan food

Dabolim airport in Goa is 65 km away from the Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary. Margao (45 km), a major railway stations of Goa is the nearest rail-head. Buses and taxis are available from Margao and Panaji (75 km) to Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary. Pick up and drop can be arranged on prior request.
