A retreat that aims to hold a restorative space for healing, rejuvenation, self-knowledge, self-love and personal transformation at Vagamon, Kerela, a beautiful hill-station that has been described as a tranquil haven in God’s Own Country.
This eco-somatic transformative retreat can help you come back to your natural self and discover what it FEELS like to be Naturally YOU.

What is Somatics?
Somatics is a cutting-edge field in therapy and self-education in the west. Somatic Movement enhances human function and body-mind integration through mindful movement.
The somatic exercises and mind-body practices are designed so that
you experience ‘Conscious Relaxation’, where you learn to use
your ‘Awareness’ as an agent for ‘Self-regulation’. It acts as a step towards connecting with deep intuitive and spiritual insights; as well as discovering new possibilities and reclaiming your true potential. (For more details visit www.ISMETA.org))

Working on ourselves within a group will enable us to grow from
each others’ experiences and blooming. It also helps us feel seen,

Pushpanjali Sharma is a holistic living coach, educator, a research scholar in Somatic Education & Transformative Creative Practice and a performing artist. She has an M.A. in interdisciplinary studies with a specialization in Embodied Studies from Lesley University, U.S.A. that includes:
• Somatic Practices (Mind – Body Meditation)
• Expressive (Performance) Arts & Healing
• Yoga TTC, Spiritual Practices & Philosophy

Stay at our adorable home-stay in the Western Ghats of Vagamon, Kerala that serves as a perfect hideout for seekers who want to embark on this inward journey to remember and reclaim their nature. It is a Family run Eco-restoration and biodiversity project run by Mr. Thomas and his mother, a floral landscape that was once a grass and tea slope.
Be delighted by the natural symphony, watch the sun rise above the hills, take a dip in the nearby springs, relish the delicacies from a traditional Kerala kitchen, explore the wildflower trails and making winged friends.
You can also choose to spend the night in tents overlooking the gorgeous valleys and watching the stars play hide and seek with the moon.
