What is Somatics?
Somatics is a cutting-edge field in therapy and self-education in the west. Somatic Movement enhances human function and body-mind integration through mindful movement.
The somatic exercises and mind-body practices are designed so that
you experience ‘Conscious Relaxation’, where you learn to use

Working on ourselves within a group will enable us to grow from
each others’ experiences and blooming. It also helps us feel seen,
