As you follow the trail of Nilgiris from Kerala to Tamil Nadu you will find this 6-acre organic farm inside a small and simple village Gudalur. The farm stay is owned by a local family who’ve spent most of their years caring for the soil and nurturing the animals in the barn. Satiate your taste buds with authentic Tamil food prepared with local ingredients by the native womenfolk. Take a tour to tea/ coffee estate, know how on paddy cultivation and harvesting and get stunned with the spectacular beauty of “Ooty- The Queen of hills”- which is just 50 km drive away.

Nearest bus stand is at Kalpetta, which is the district headquarters of
Wayanad and it’s around 12km away.
Nearest railway station is at Kozhikode (Calicut) and that’s around 85 km away from the village (A drive of 2.5 hours to 3 hours in normal traffic).
Nearest airport is at Kozhikode which is around 98 km from the village.
The village is only 6-7 km off from the Mysore-Kozhikode Highway.
Gudalur is located on the Mysore- Ooty road, 110 Kms from Mysore and 50 Kms form Ooty. If you are driving from Kerala, it is 45 Kms from Nilambur. The airports in the vicinity are Calicut (2-1/2 Hours drive), Coimbatore (5 hours drive), Bangalore (6 hours drive) and Mysore (2-1/2 hours drive). The nearest railway stations are in Mysore and Calicut, both of which are about 3 hours drive. Gudalur is well connected by buses from Bangalore, Mysore, Calicut, Ooty and Coimbatore.
